The terms on this page form a legally binding agreement that all users of the mym99 online gaming platform must follow. By accessing our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms. Please read this page carefully before using the platform.

1. General Agreement

mym99's services include football betting, live casino, slots, crash games, roulette, and a variety of other game types. By accessing this platform, you —

• Confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions on this page.
• I agree to take full responsibility for the results of any bets or games I play, as I am making my own decisions to participate.
• I agree that the services, games and promotions available on this platform may change without prior notice.

Regardless of the language this agreement is translated into, the original version (this Myanmar language version) shall be the legally binding version.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must enter your correct personal information. If your name, phone number or payment-related details are incorrect, mym99 has the right to suspend that account.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be opened by the same person, mym99 has the right to close those accounts and void any funds and bonuses obtained from them.

2.3 Account Security

It is the player's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Do not share your password or allow any third party to play using your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3. Age Restriction

The mym99 platform is only accessible to players aged 21 and above. Access by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. mym99 has the right to request age verification at any time and may immediately suspend an account if it is considered to be underage.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is 20,000 Ks. Deposits are processed almost instantly according to Myanmar Time (MMT).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. If the request meets all requirements, it will be processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made using the same method you used to deposit, and funds will not be transferred to third-party accounts.

4.3 Payment Verification

mym99 has the right to carry out payment-related checks at any time. If funds are found to have come from an illegal source, mym99 has the right to return those funds and close the account.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The mym99 welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from that bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15. This means that for a 40,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

If you deposit 120,000 Ks, the maximum bonus is 100,000 Ks, giving you a total of 220,000 Ks, and you must meet a wagering requirement of 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation

mym99 has the right to void bonuses in the following situations —

• It is found that more than one account was opened to claim the bonus more than once
• It is found that the information you submitted is incorrect
• It is found that you attempted to meet the wagering requirement using prohibited game types

5.3 Refer a Friend Bonus

You will receive 8% of the first deposit made by each friend you refer, as a bonus (maximum 10,000 Ks per friend). In addition, you will receive 0.2% of your referred friends' valid bets as a weekly commission. The detailed terms of this promotion are at mym99's discretion and may change without prior notice.

6. VIP Tier Policy

mym99 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Progression from one tier to the next depends on a player's gaming history and regular activity. The cashback rates for each tier are —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback will be issued as bonus funds, and the wagering requirement will be announced at the time of distribution. mym99 has the right to review a player's VIP tier based on their regular play and activity on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are prohibited when using mym99 —

• Playing games using any software, bot, or automated technology
• Intentionally completing wagering requirements with a guaranteed outcome by predicting game results in advance (known as advantage play)
• Attempting to withdraw funds in any way that could be considered money laundering
• Promoting or advertising mym99's brand name, logo, or platform to third parties without authorization
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting mym99 players or staff

If mym99 finds evidence that any of these prohibitions have been violated, it has the right to immediately close the offending account and suspend any funds held in that account.

8. Privacy Protection

mym99 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Players' personal information will not be sold to any third party under any circumstances. For more details on personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Fair Play

mym99 games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that all game outcomes are fair and random. mym99 firmly guarantees that it cannot manipulate game results in advance.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 mym99's Decision

If mym99 finds that any of these terms have been violated, it has the right to suspend any account and conduct an investigation without prior notice. If evidence of a violation is found after the investigation, it has the right to permanently close that account.

10.2 Self-Closure by the Player

11. Limitation of Liability

mym99 is not responsible for —

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server issues, or technical problems on the player's end
• Loss of player data due to third-party software, viruses, or cyberattacks
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their own password with a third party

12. Changes to Terms

mym99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately from the date they are published. Players should check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept those changes.
